Niagara Ghost Walks In Winter

I've been getting a lot of calls lately, asking if Niagara Ghost Walks is still doing haunted tours in the winter.  The answer is an emphatic YES!!  The ghosts don't go on holidays and neither do we.  Well, maybe a little mini vacation would be in order, but I'll post that information on the website in advance.

Haunted Niagara is a bit colder in the winter but it can also seemed that much spookier.  I'm not  sure whether the Niagara ghosts are more active in the winter,  if it's the eerie reflections casting off of the fresh fallen snow or perhaps being enveloped in the ominous quiet.  Perhaps it is a combination of all three that makes haunted Niagara ghost walks an appealing activity for ghost hunters and history buffs from all over the world.

I began Niagara Ghost Walks in the dead of June and so I must admit that I was a bit surprised when people were still booking walks regularly throughout the winter.  I'm not really a winter gal so I may have silently groaned before the first few but much to my surprise, I began to really look forward to those winter bookings.  I discovered that Haunted Niagara Falls takes on a different ambience with the change of seasons and each one brought new things to my attention that I had not previously noted.

That being said, I totally discovered the benefits to layering.  As long as everyone dresses for the weather, it's all good. Of course, if you arrive early you also having the option of having a cocktail at the Capitol Q if you think that will warm your innards.  I just may join you on occasion.

The standard walks still begin at 7:45 pm from Wednesday-Saturday.  If you'd like a walk on another  day,  just fill out the Niagara Ghost Walks Contact Form and if we can accommodate you, we'll let you know.  Also, being less busy, don't hesitate to ask if we can change the time of the walk to suit your travel itinerary.

If you're visiting from out of town you will want to make sure to check out The Niagara Falls Winter Festival of Lights along the Niagara Parkway and keep in mind that I am also available as a step on guide for charters or private tours during the day.

Niagara Ghost Walks  is looking forward to experiencing haunted Niagara in the winter and hopefully so are you!
